Theseus, played by Tudors actor Henry Cavill, is secretly chosen by Zeus, played by Luke Evans (Clash of the Titans), to fight Hyperion who is in search of the legendary Epirus Bow which could release the Titans from their prison.

It looks like there will be more Green Lantern video games heading to consoles and portables. Warner Bros. Pictures has greenlit a sequel to Ryan Reynold’s big screen adaptation of the DC Comics superhero. Despite making just $102 million domestically at the box office – and another $35 million internationally, Warner Bros. will give the lesser-known superhero another run on the big screen.

Sucker Punch director Zack Snyder has his new Superman. And it’s not Brandon Routh, the star of Bryan Singer’s Superman Returns. British actor Henry Cavill, best known for his role on the Showtime hit series “The Tudors,” will play Clark Kent and Superman in the new Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures movie. With the film slated for a December 2012 release, that gives Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE) enough time to license or create a new Superman game. Electronic Arts released a game featuring Routh based on Superman Returns, but the game shipped late, missed the theatrical window, and was a critical and commercial failure.
