Zen Studios and Marvel Entertainment used Comic-Con 2011 in San Diego to reveal a new direction for its popular pinball video games. The game developer is bringing its latest pinball games beyond the mobile space. New titles will be released for Nintendo 3DS, WiiU and Sony’s PlayStation Vita by the end of 2012. Marvel Pinball will also be downloadable on PC and all Apple iOS devices.
The game maker also announced that Marvel Pinball: Vengeance and Virtue will be released this Christmas for Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network. This newest pinball game will feature popular Marvel superhero characters.
Taking advantage of the new Ghost Rider movie sequel starring Nicolas Cage that was unveiled at the convention by Sony Picturees, Zen Studios announced that Ghost Rider/Johnny Blaze will be the first of four characters to be revealed in this brand new pack of tables.
